Description

Shimano's new OCEA LEADER EX FLUORO offers a number of advantages for the most demanding anglers who deal with peaches where they often find themselves in difficult conditions. It is thinner than traditional fluorocarbon but equivalent for breaking load, highly resistant to abrasion, it does not absorb water so it sinks quickly, light in color it has its refractive index close enough to that of water, it is therefore less visible for fish. The structure of the Ocea leader is also very different from the fact that it has a soft fluorine core to guarantee knot strength, a hard outer shell for abrasion resistance, and a fluorine coating on it to provide a smooth surface.
