PRODUCT WARRANTY

Right of withdrawal, return and / or replacement of products
Fishing Time wants to guarantee complete customer satisfaction.
Pursuant to article 64 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying the reason, by returning the Products purchased through the Site within the term of 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the Products. .
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a communication on the site under CONTACT US containing:
a) the willingness to exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 64 of the Code of
Consumption;
b) the indication of the Products for which the Customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal;
c) the progressive order number issued at the time of purchase;
d) the data relating to the Customer's bank account, only if the Customer has made the payment by bank transfer.
This communication can also be sent within the aforementioned period of 14 (fourteen) days, also by email, telegram and fax. In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Fishing Time Shop will refund the full price of the Products provided that they are returned by the Customer in an excellent state of conservation (cartons and intact packages). Products that are not well preserved or deteriorated will not be accepted. Refunds will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase. Fishing Time Shop, pursuing the goal of complete customer satisfaction, allows the customer the possibility to replace intact packages of products with other items equivalent to the one whose replacement is requested. The delivery costs for returning the Products are charged to the Customer; any expenses incurred by the Customer for the return will not be refundable.
Fishing Time Shop undertakes to promptly reimburse the Customer no later than 7 days from the date of return of the Products. Fishing Time Shop will send an e-mail confirming the refund.
Fishing Time Shop will not be responsible for reimbursement or compensation for Products returned but which have never been received by the Fishing Time Shop due to loss, theft or damage that cannot be attributed to
Fishing Time Shop by Roberto Carrus.
If the Customer wishes to modify or cancel the order presented, he must promptly send a message to the CONTACT US section of the Site. Defects of conformity

The Fishing Time Shop reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions even after an order has been sent and also to change or update information at any time without prior communication.
Applicable law and jurisdiction in case of disputes
These General Conditions are governed by Italian law and must be interpreted in accordance with Italian laws.
For disputes arising from the interpretation, validity and / or execution of these General Conditions, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction will be that of the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the seller, located in Italian territory.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
The shipment of the goods is generally carried out on the day the payment is received (IN CASE OF A BANK TRANSFER, THE GOODS WILL BE SHIPPED ON THE DAY THAT THE AMOUNT WILL BE CREDITED TO OUR ACCOUNT). The management of the sale of some items can however generate a delay of shipment of a few days. Once the goods have been shipped, delivery is made in two / three working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) throughout Italy by express courier, upon departure the customer will be notified of the shipment, with an email containing the number of tracking of the courier.
