The customer has the right to withdraw from any order concerning Roberto Carrus' FISHING TIME Products, without giving any reason and with any declaration, provided that it is explicit, delivered to FishingTimeShop.
Information on the right of withdrawal (pursuant to art. 49, paragraph 1, letter (h) of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 "Consumer Code")
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days starting from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the last good ordered. In the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the customer in one order and delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier designated by the latter, acquires physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to inform FISHING TIME of Roberto Carrus, Via Indipendenza 38 - Oristano OR 09170 - Italy - VAT: IT00596670950, of the decision to withdraw from this contract through any explicit declaration to that effect (for example , with a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). For this purpose it is possible, but not mandatory, to use the standard withdrawal form downloadable here or use the standard text indicated in point 6.3. If the customer decides not to use the attached standard withdrawal form, he must submit any other explicit declaration of his decision to withdraw from the contract. It is also possible to fill in and send electronically the standard withdrawal form or any other explicit declaration to that effect through the Roberto Carrus FISHING TIME website. In this case, Roberto Carrus' FISHING TIME will immediately send a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (for example by e-mail). The deadline set for the withdrawal is considered respected if the customer sends his declaration before the expiry of the 14-day term starting from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the customer, acquires physical possession of the last ordered good. In the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by the customer in one order and delivered separately, the 14-day period starts from the day on which the customer or a third party, other than the carrier designated by the latter, acquires physical possession of the last good.
Effects of withdrawal
Following the withdrawal from this contract, Roberto Carrus' FISHING TIME will reimburse all payments made by the buyer, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs deriving from the choice of a type of delivery other than the standard one offered by FISHING TIME SHOP), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which Roberto Carrus' iFISHING TIME is informed by the customer of the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. These refunds will be made using the same payment instrument used by the customer during the purchase phase, unless otherwise established. In any case, the customer will not incur any costs as a consequence of this refund. The refund can be suspended until the FISHING TIME SHOP receives the products subject to return or until the customer demonstrates that the goods have been shipped, if previous. The customer is required to return or deliver the products without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he communicated his intention to withdraw from the contract of sale. The Products must be returned - properly packaged in their original packaging, not damaged, damaged or soiled and equipped with any accessories, instructions for use and documentation; - equipped with the transport document (present in the original packaging), so as to allow FISHING TIME SHOP to identify the customer (Order number, name, surname and address); - without manifest signs of use, if not those compatible with carrying out a normal test of the article (they must not show traces of prolonged use or in any case exceeding the time necessary for a test and must not be in a state that does not allow resale). If the returned product does not comply with the provisions of the previous paragraph, the withdrawal will not be effective. The costs of returning the goods are borne by FISHING TIME SHOP as long as the customer uses the return documents provided by FISHING TIME SHOP and sends the goods from the country in which the delivery took place. Otherwise, the costs of the return will be borne by the customer. The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from a manipulation of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products themselves.
The Customer can return the purchased products and obtain a full refund of the amount actually paid within fourteen working days from the moment of receipt of the products, provided that the following conditions are met:
- Before any refund by FishngTimeShop, the Customer must anticipate the costs of transporting the return and will be responsible for all risks of loss, theft and damage to the Products during the transport itself;
- The Products must be returned "as new" in the original packaging, complete with all components, parts and accessories, warranty cards, manuals and other documentation and any element belonging to the Products.

In the event that the returned Products are found
- Damaged or used;
- Returned after the deadline of 14 working days;
- Without packaging or adequate packaging;
- With damaged or missing parts, including components, accessories, packaging, packages, documents and / or other elements;
- Or even if the return shipping costs are not advanced;
FishingTimeShop reserves the right to refuse the refund or to deduct any repair costs from the sum to be refunded to the customer.
