The aerodynamic profile and the center of gravity moved to the rear allow very long launches while its asymmetrical section makes it suitable for being recovered effectively in many different ways: - if recovered linearly (even at low speeds) its swimming is characterized by large oscillations of the tail ; - if jerkato responds promptly with dry lateral jerks and is very effective especially in the presence of predators hunting on the minutaglia; - but the best of it is given with the classic "sawtooth" recovery, becoming deadly especially in the fall, where its flicker literally "raises the blood of the brain" to predators. Its ideal use is in ultralight shore jigging from the high cliff in search of all the predators that live in these environments from the glance and the horse mackerel to get to the snapper, the amberjack and all the pelagics of step. I therefore find it perfect for use from the ground for an "ultralight" shore jigging against a bit of all the insidious predators, from the least "prized" to the most "noble".
